Description: Highly starched coat, no collar, 4 buttons, very small C and O blue on left front above breast pocket, 1 pocket on each lower side in front. #41 & #42 on inside neckline, no buttons, appears to need cuff link type button, sleve has folded up cuff look.  
History: Worn by Bob Hogan when he was waiter on the C & O ferries.
