Description: 9 1/2 across shoulders 15 long, 1 collar with embroidered threads on it, short sleeved with 1/2 folded edge with delicate scallops, 1/2 scallops at hemline, entire center front of dress is embroidered neck to hem, 6 groups of tucking at top, a few see through designs in front, 2 button back closure 5 tucks on each side of opening, label inside back opening says hand made - childrens clothing Soff Collection  
History: this item was found in a drawer of an antique highboy that donors mother, Eileen Derler, bought, found when her mothers things were cleaned out in 2000
