Name of Object: ivory satin wedding dress with cathedrall train  
Description: satin dress with out embellishment, portrait neckline-high in back 12 sleeve has point over wrist with 8 satin covered buttons with fabric loop closure zipper under left arm, 3 rows of fabric placed above waist in upward design soft gathering at waistline train flows from back in continuous flow 40 or so, underside of train has 2 fabric strips to pull train up, garment is homemade some like marring, veil also donated - Box  
History: worn by Dolores Jameson. Nov. 25, 1955. Married Thomas Ellis at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Detroit donated by bride Dolores Jameson-Ellis-Matron.
