Description: white dress, short cap sleeve. collar extends to front around and forms a cross-over effect. insert behind cross-over. straight skirt, 2 large buttons in front. belt loops,self fabric belt. each side down the front of skirt has 2 tucks that are sewn part way and then are open to allow for more room. approx 32 waist. 45 from neck to hem. homemade - Box #19-ladies dresses
