Letter to Gertrude Folkman Jul 28 1936
|
Description: |
Harold Snyder writes about his last shift being an outside post where it rained for two hours. He's glad Gertrude had a good trip to Flint. He hopes the rain cape he sent her keeps her dry. He says he's "going to school" for an hour and likes the idea. Comments that he's been out of school for 20 years and would like to keep improving his spelling. This letter includes an enclosure that is a newspaper clipping advertising fur coats at Hecht Co. on 7th and F Street.
