Description: A photocopy of A Forest History of Ten Wisconsin Indian Reservations Under the Great Lakes Agency, Precontact to the Present by Anthony Godfrey. This was prepared by the US Department of the Interior in 1996. This is a photocopy of the entire book (about 300 pages?). This is a thorough study of these reservations. Stearns had timber mills on the Bad River and Lac du Flambeau reservations, but this book addresses activities on eight others. Copies include handwritten notes in the margins and highlighted sections as well as detailed handwritten notes.
