Description: US Coast Guard Uniform Shirt with R. W. D. stamped on the outside back neck and R. W. DARON stamped on the inside bottom hem a few times. The right sleeve has a 1" BY 1" by the hem, a blue slash near the left cuff (seaman recruit SN E-1?) and a shield in the top (Petty Officer 2nd Class (PO2) E-5?) that contains a key and a feather
