Description: Red heavy cotton floor length long sleeve coat, 6 large fabric covered buttons front. round collar, sleeves have puffy shoulders. not lined. black satin lace has been sewn on cuffs and a large black chiffon/lace fringe skirt has been sewn around waist. as
