Description: 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 5 wooden case. Metal look handle on lid, tongue and groove corners. Flip closure in front. Used in 1920's - '30's, brass. Square wooden base to set flap of instrument in bottom of case. Level & scope, degrees around base. Marked on underside of circular base -  
History: Used by Mr. Weinert in his work. He started surveying work with Ken Stephens in 1960. Mr. Weinert was County Surveyor for the past four years
