notebook and folder with information about 4th ward - notebook has note in front When WWII started we were told to organize blocks in our town and to be prepared for bombing if it ever occured. Block from Foster St. on the north to railroad tracks on south and west to include Danaher, Melendy, Dowland & Rath, James, George and one block of Harrison. Their services were never used. Folder has note that says 4th ward picnic was held at Peter Copeyon Park which started 1978. At least 6 were held and this folder holds papers to verify it.
