Description: Wooden base is 6x6x5 with gold plate on front, 2004 South Bend Summer in the City Festival Parade, Emmett Kelly Award, 4 lady with wig standing on top of 8 cup on base, she is holding a round medallion which says Summer in the City Festival, green felt pads on each corner on bottom.
