5-14-1971 road grader at work- it didn't take long to make large holes in the road constructed in the fall of 1970. the bridge over US31 is in the far distance-the skyline is the project lake embankment. the trucks are capable of hauling 33 to 36 yards of weighing 35 tons- they will make 2.6 trips per hour. there will be 4.5 million yards of clay hauled.
