6-22-1971 view is S. just W of Bronson rd. showing earth movers at work on the 1971 project of moving 22 million yards of earth. it has been like taking a cake apart to get the right earth for certain zones. the maintainance and fueling for the 2-10 hour shifts is tremendous 90,000 gallons of fuel in storage lasts only 2 days. 20 trailors with 60 hour flood light plants are at service during the night. it takes 6 tankers to keep the units fueled up and storage tanks supplied. an October 1972 completion date for moving has yet to be met. - LPSC Box slide # 14-254
