The company and engineers covering the slopes of this huge reservoir are the most experienced in the world having had projects in England, Italy, Spain, Romainia, Canary Islands, Germany and elsewhere. If the slopes are properly prepared there will be no problems in making them hold. proper compactions is essential on this project a newly constructed machine will be used. One section, takes care of the top, one on the bottom. On top a huge bucket machine to keep the top and bottom buckets supplied with the proper asphalt mixture. The slopes will recieve 5 layers of different compositions. the top of the slope gets a coat of a half gallon to a square yard sprayed on by machine. Then one water-tite layer; next comes 18 of drain rock which is in turn compacted, then a binder layer; next 2 layers are of 5 is painted on.
