37.5 wooden handle device, 7 around at the fullest point just above a 3 wide metal band. attached to the band is a solid flat steel piece 11 long,1 wide and 1/2 thick. This has a sharp hook at the end. There is also a 1 1/2 steel band at the very end of the wooden handle. - on display
