Description: x 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch wooden base with a wooden lid 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 6 inch lid has metal handle and two slip hooks that keep top closed to bottom, hinged lid. inside battery is in base. graph chart with numbers 25 to 400. on left two levers are hooked together and move with a knob. Right has a lever which moves from off to 1 and 2. silver plates Directions for Portable Faradic battery attached to inner metal lid. Inside metal cover which has a small knob closure are 2 wires with electrodes on each end A & B - 2 sponge brushes attached to black handle C & D metal tube 3 inches long with small hole in end E fine 6 1/2 inche long instrument with a bulb part way to end and small hook on the other - from the collection of Paulina Stearns Hospital and Memorial Medical Center - Room D T & E Medical Hospital
