13 across 13 high. grayish/white crock. interior is white. molded out area on two sides has the wire handle going through. wood rounded piece is where handles hold. the number 5 on side stands for 5 gallon. under the 5 at the bottom it says Red Wing Union Stoneware Co. Red Wing Minn. at top it says in blue, patented Dec 21, 1915 - on display
