Full circle skirt. Waist to hem 37 inches, short cap sleeve, blue ruffle in circular part under semi sheer top of bodice. Drawstring around neck. Hook and eye closure up the back. Navy blue velvet ribbon between blue ruffle & semi sheer top. Blule ruffle and velvet ribbon on each sleeve. Blue material behind large scalloped effect at hem edge. Goes with bonnet 2008.226.08 - Box 19
