Description: Lunch menu for the Pere Marquette 22 Dated May 1st, 1956. The menu has a brown rope border with the Ludington light at the top center. The lunch entries included the following: Roast Prime Rib of Beef, Pan-Fried Lake Pike, Creamed Chicken en Toast and Veal Stew-Vegetables. The desserts included Chocolate pudding, butterscotch sundae, pear halves, and blue cheese.
