Description: Letter to his parents dated July 31, 1948. The letter is written in black ink on off-white paper. Dear Mother and dad, writing on a Saturday due to the roadbed of the C. and N.W. Rail Road. They are at least 2 hours late. He says he won't mail this until toledo. He talks about enjoying looking out the window and seeing some of the warm country. He mentions that Air conditioning is a nice invention. All my Love, Edwin
