Handwritten letter from Carl Ohman, relief master of the Badger to R.C. Thomsen, Superintendent of Steamship Operations reporting that the Badger had collided with the outer pile cluster at the No. 3 slip in heavy winds, causing damage to the pile cluster. Ohman reports that the vessel was examined by himself, B. Harrington Chief Engineer, R. Hall Engineer on watch, and J. Turmen Mate on watch, and that there was no apparent damage to the vessel.
