25" shoulder to bottom of overskirt which attaches 8" above leg edge. A 4" strap is under each arm on the open side. Spalding swimsear. Leg openings are 5 1/2 across front side. Pretty good condition. Some moth holes - FLBRO knitted outerwear, Milwaukee. All wool - Room C - Box
