Description: various size pieces of various colored & patterned fabric; feather stitched together on a backing of orange, red, yellow striped fabric; not finished, just top quilt; 74 x 54  
History: Made by sister of Addie Laidlaw, (mother of J.A. Seward), in 1895 or 96, from scraps of fabric from dress shop belonging to Addie. (Many pieces are from wedding gowns of the era.)
